Thank you for choosing Devi Singh’s Healing Academy. We take immense pride in delivering authentic holistic consultations, accredited wellness training programs, and quality complementary wellness tools.

Please carefully read this Refund and Returns Policy before purchasing any physical wellness products, enrolling in online courses, or booking private holistic consultations. By completing an order, booking an appointment, or enrolling on our Website, you unequivocally agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Summary of Non-Refundable Categories

Due to the personalized nature of spiritual and hypnotherapy services, immediate digital provisioning, and hygienic/energetic standards of wellness accessories, the following items and services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE:

All 1-on-1 Consultations: Completed Clinical Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Hypnotherapy, and Reiki Energy Healing sessions.
Tutor LMS Online Courses: Self-paced video curriculums, masterclasses, and downloadable materials once login credentials or media access have been granted.
Guided Audio & Digital Media: Digital audio downloads from the Audio Gallery, PDF handbooks, and initiation manuals once download links are delivered.
Live Workshops & Events: Registration passes or tickets for live webinars, in-person training workshops, or retreats.
Discounted, Promotional & Bundled Orders: Any course, product, or session booked using coupons, promotional discounts, festival offers, or package bundles is strictly FINAL SALE and ineligible for refund or exchange.
Pre-paid Nature (No COD): All orders and bookings must be 100% pre-paid through approved online gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported, and post-delivery cancellation is strictly prohibited.
Intimate / Self-Care Physical Goods: Crystal wands, reflexology massage tools, or personal energetic accessories once their packaging seal has been opened.

2. Physical Wellness Products: Returns & Replacement Policy

We inspect all physical wellness tools, charts, and crystal products prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing defects, we offer a Replacement or Store Credit Policy subject to the following conditions:

A. Order Cancellation Cut-Off

Once an order for a physical product is marked as “Processing” or has been handed over to the courier service, it cannot be canceled or recalled. The recipient must accept delivery and follow the inspection procedure.

B. Mandatory 360-Degree Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect against fraudulent return requests, any claim for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of recorded courier delivery.

The claim MUST be accompanied by a single, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video.
The video must clearly show:
1. The intact shipping label with tracking details and unopened parcel from all sides.
2. The process of slicing/opening the package.
3. The physical product being removed and the specific defect or transit crack clearly displayed under good lighting.
Claims submitted without compliant unboxing video footage, or submitted after 48 hours, shall be summarily rejected without exceptions.

C. Natural Material Variations (Non-Defect Clause)

Many wellness accessories are crafted from natural gemstones, crystals, or wood. Inherent variations in color, natural mineral inclusions, micro-veins, dimensional tolerances (+/- 10-15%), and weight are intrinsic properties of natural materials and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or grounds for replacement.

D. Replacement vs Cash Refund

If your transit-damage claim is verified and approved:

We will dispatch an identical replacement unit within 7-10 business days at no extra shipping cost to you.
In the event the specific product is permanently out of stock, we will issue a store credit voucher valid for 12 months across the Website. No direct cash or bank refunds will be issued for physical merchandise.

E. Reverse Logistics & Self-Shipment

If reverse pickup service is unavailable at the customer’s pin code, the customer must safely package and ship the item via a trackable courier service at their own expense. Return shipping expenses incurred by the customer are strictly non-reimbursable.

F. Courier Delivery Disputes & RTO

If an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner but the customer disputes receipt, the customer must notify us within 24 hours so an official courier investigation can be initiated. Claims raised after 24 hours cannot be entertained.
If an order returns to us as Return-to-Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect shipping address, customer unavailability, or delivery refusal, the customer must pay the re-shipping and RTO charges prior to re-dispatch.

3. Digital Products, LMS Courses & Download Expiry (Strict No-Refund)

Immediate Digital Delivery: When you purchase an online training program, full digital access to video lessons via Presto Player, quizzes, and downloadable modules is provisioned immediately.
Zero Refund: Once an account has been created and course access is granted, no refunds, partial reimbursements, or course swaps will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of course completion percentage.
Download Access Limits: Downloadable files, guided audio tracks, or eBooks provided with purchases have a valid delivery window (up to 3 download attempts or 14 calendar days). Failure to download, back up, or store these files on your device does not warrant a refund or indefinite lifetime re-issue.
Anti-Piracy & Revocation: Any student caught attempting to screen-record, rip streams, or share login credentials will face immediate account termination, forfeiture of certification, and permanent blacklisting without any refund eligibility.

4. 1-on-1 Consultations: Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Consultations with Grand Master Devi Singh involve dedicated calendar reservation and extensive pre-session energy preparation:

Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice: You may request to reschedule a confirmed appointment by providing written notice via email or official WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. A maximum of one (1) reschedule is permitted per booking.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows (100% Forfeiture): Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), are completely non-refundable and will result in total forfeiture of the booking fee.
Punctuality & Technical Connection: Sessions begin strictly at the scheduled time. If a client joins late or experiences internet/hardware disruptions on their end, the session will still conclude at the booked end time. Lost session time due to client connectivity drops will not be refunded or re-credited.
Completed Sessions: Once a consultation or hypnotherapy session has been conducted, the fee is fully earned and non-refundable, irrespective of subjective personal perceptions or client responsiveness.

5. Live Events, Masterclasses & Workshops

Fees paid for live interactive webinars, residential retreats, or in-person workshop tickets are non-refundable.
If an attendee cannot attend due to personal emergencies, they may request (at least 48 hours in advance) to transfer their seat to another eligible individual, subject to prior administrative approval.
If the Academy reschedules or postpones an event due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, health, or force majeure), registered attendees will be offered access to the rescheduled date or equivalent workshop credit. No monetary refunds shall apply.

6. Taxes, Gateway Fees & Instructor Payout Adjustments

Statutory Taxes (GST): All government taxes, duties, and statutory levies collected at checkout are remitted directly to regulatory bodies and are strictly non-refundable.
Payment Gateway Convenience Surcharges: Any processing fees, banking charges, or merchant gateway surcharges incurred during transaction processing are non-refundable.
Instructor / External Healer Adjustments: In the event an authorized adjustment or reversal occurs on a course or consultation hosted by a third-party instructor, the Academy reserves the right to withhold or deduct the corresponding sum from the instructor’s pending withdraw balance.

7. Absolute Chargeback Waiver & Dispute Recovery

By transacting on devisingh.in:

You acknowledge and accept that digital access and practitioner calendar commitments constitute full and immediate performance of service.
You agree not to file unilateral bank chargebacks, credit card payment reversals, or dispute claims through your banking portal or UPI application without first submitting a formal written grievance to our administration.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal, the Academy reserves the right to recover the disputed amount along with statutory interest, an administrative handling fee of INR 2,500, and all legal costs incurred.

8. How to Submit a Claim & Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, all formal claims for damaged products (accompanied by the mandatory unboxing video) or consultation rescheduling notices must be directed to:

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Refund and Returns Policy and any disputes arising out of financial transactions, store orders, or service bookings shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal proceeding or litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
