Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing physical wellness products, enrolling in courses, streaming digital media, or scheduling private holistic consultations through Devi Singh’s Healing Academy.

By browsing this Website, purchasing items, registering an account, or booking appointments, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age and agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms, together with our [Privacy Policy] and [Refund and Returns Policy]. 1. General Nature of Services & Absolute Non-Medical Disclaimer

Complementary Wellness & Educational Purpose: All 1-on-1 consultations, Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions, Spiritual Hypnotherapy, Traditional Reiki healing, distance energy balancing, guided audio meditations, and instructional courses provided by Grand Master Devi Singh and the Academy are designed solely for self-development, stress reduction, spiritual balance, and holistic wellness.
No Medical, Psychiatric, or Clinical Practice: Grand Master Devi Singh and the Academy do not practice clinical medicine, psychiatric therapy, or licensed mental healthcare. Our consultations, physical tools, and digital materials do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for any physical, psychiatric, or psychological disorder.
Client Eligibility & Medical Clearance: Hypnotherapy and deep subconscious reprogramming require emotional stability. Individuals diagnosed with active psychosis, schizophrenia, severe psychiatric dissociative disorders, or seizure conditions must obtain written clearance from their licensed psychiatrist/neurologist before booking. The Academy reserves the right to decline or terminate sessions if clinical safety warrants.
No Acute Emergency or Suicide Support: The Website and consultations do not function as an emergency medical hotline or psychiatric crisis unit. Anyone experiencing severe psychological emergencies or self-harm thoughts must immediately contact emergency medical services or visit a hospital.
No Guarantee of Specific Results: Subconscious reprogramming and energy healing depend heavily upon personal mindset, receptivity, environmental factors, and continuous self-practice. The Academy makes no explicit or implicit warranty, guarantee, or promise regarding permanent cures or specific personal outcomes.

2. Sale of Physical Wellness Products & Merchandise

Intended Use & User Discretion: All physical wellness tools (including crystal wands, reflexology charts, anatomical models, and energetic accessories) are sold strictly as non-medical, complementary self-care and educational aids. They are not licensed medical devices, orthopedic instruments, or therapeutic apparatuses.
Physical Application & Skin Sensitivity: Users apply pressure tools, crystal wands, and reflexology accessories at their own risk. The Academy assumes no liability for bruising, skin irritation, discomfort, or improper application resulting from self-administered use.
Natural Material Variations & Tolerance: Items made from natural stones, wood, or crystals will inherently display variations in color, natural inclusions, grain patterns, weight, and dimensions. A tolerance difference of up to 10-15% in aesthetic appearance or natural weight shall not be deemed a manufacturing defect or reason for return.
Pricing & Inventory Control: All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly indicated otherwise. We reserve the unilateral right to revise pricing, discontinue items, or limit order quantities per household at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Customs, Taxes & Octroi: All statutory local entry taxes, octroi, or import customs duties levied by regional or international jurisdictions are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any physical order due to inventory shortages, shipping destination restrictions, suspected reseller activity, or unauthorized payment attempts.

3. Shipping, Delivery, RTO & Mandatory Unboxing Video

Carrier Timelines: Physical merchandise is dispatched via third-party courier services. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. The Academy shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by courier logistics, weather conditions, holidays, or regional disruptions.
Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery (RTO): Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses with valid contact numbers. If an order returns to us due to non-availability, wrong address, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer shall bear all return-to-origin (RTO) freight charges and subsequent re-dispatch fees.
Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims: To protect against fraudulent claims, any request regarding a transit-damaged, defective, or missing physical item MUST be submitted within 48 hours of recorded delivery, accompanied by a single, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video showing the unopened outer parcel, shipping label, package opening, and the item’s condition. Claims submitted without clear unboxing video proof shall be summarily rejected.
Replacement Only Policy: Where a legitimate defect or transit damage is verified through the unboxing video, the Academy will dispatch a replacement unit or issue store credit. Direct cash refunds are not issued for physical shipments.

4. Digital Products, Tutor LMS Access & Audio/Video Anti-Piracy

Single-User Non-Transferable License: Purchasing an online course, digital download, or educational curriculum grants a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Anti-Piracy Enforcement: All video lessons streamed via Presto Player, guided tracks in the Audio Gallery, course handbooks, diagrams, and Reiki initiation manuals are the exclusive intellectual property of Grand Master Devi Singh.
Strict Prohibition of Recording & Account Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, audio-capturing, downloading protected media streams, sharing login credentials, or distributing Academy materials. Any unauthorized dissemination or concurrent multi-IP access will result in immediate termination of all Academy accounts without refund, alongside legal action under the Indian Copyright Act.

5. Consultations, Scheduling, Technical Disruptions & Forfeiture

Advance Booking: Private 1-on-1 consultations (online or in-person) require full advance payment to secure practitioner calendar reservation.
Rescheduling Notice: You may request to reschedule a confirmed consultation by providing written notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Forfeiture: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours prior notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), are completely non-refundable and will result in total forfeiture of the session fee.
Punctuality & Technical Connectivity: Sessions commence promptly at the scheduled time. If a client joins late, the session will conclude at the pre-booked end time without time extension. The Academy is not responsible for audio/video failures, weak bandwidth, or platform outages on the client’s end; session time lost due to user connection drops will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Payment Integrity, Digital Fulfillment & Absolute Chargeback Waiver

Immediate Service Fulfillment: You acknowledge that digital course provisioning and scheduled practitioner calendar reservations constitute immediate service fulfillment.
No Chargeback Commitment: You explicitly agree not to initiate unilateral bank chargebacks, payment reversals, or dispute claims through your credit card issuer, bank, or UPI application without first seeking direct resolution through Academy administrative channels.
Penalty for Disputed Transactions: Unwarranted chargeback attempts or fraudulent disputes will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all associated user accounts, LMS access, and student certifications, along with potential recovery proceedings for legal and administrative expenses.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy Harmony

All purchases and service bookings are strictly governed by our published [Refund and Returns Policy].
Physical Products: Returns or replacements are strictly limited to items verified as defective or damaged upon arrival through compliant unboxing video evidence.
Digital Content & Services: Due to the non-tangible nature of instant digital delivery and practitioner preparation, all fees paid for accessed LMS courses, downloadable digital media, and completed consultations are strictly non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Healers & Independent Instructor Directory

Certain sections of the Website—including the Healers directory and Instructor portals—may display independent practitioners or student teachers.
Devi Singh’s Healing Academy functions purely as an educational and connecting platform for external directory listings. The Academy and Grand Master Devi Singh disclaim all liability for independent consultations, private agreements, representations, or financial disputes arising between clients and third-party healers or instructors.

9. Student Code of Conduct, Anti-Defamation & Certification Integrity

The Academy maintains strict energetic, professional, and ethical standards. Devi Singh’s Healing Academy reserves the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or revoke any student certification, LMS account, or directory listing if an enrolled individual:

Engages in abusive, defamatory, or disruptive conduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
Publishes false, unsubstantiated, or malicious reviews or defamatory statements on social media or external review channels without exhausting internal grievance resolution.
Misrepresents their certification level or makes unauthorized commercial claims using the Academy’s brand name.
Violates any copyright or intellectual property rights belonging to the Academy.

10. Electronic Contracting & Consent

In accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable electronic commerce laws, your affirmative action of clicking “Complete Order”, “Enroll Now”, “Book Session”, or similar confirmation triggers constitutes a valid, legally enforceable electronic signature confirming your consent to these Terms and related policies.

11. Force Majeure

The Academy shall not be liable or deemed in default for any failure or delay in delivering physical products, hosting live webinars, or conducting scheduled sessions resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, courier logjams, internet hosting outages, civil disturbances, epidemics, or government restrictions.

12. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devi Singh’s Healing Academy, Grand Master Devi Singh, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of income, emotional distress, data corruption, or personal choices—arising out of the use or inability to use our products, courses, or wellness sessions. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Devi Singh’s Healing Academy and Grand Master Devi Singh from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our physical products or courses, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms, all transactions, website operations, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to Devi Singh’s Healing Academy shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute, suit, arbitration, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

15. Modifications to Terms

Devi Singh’s Healing Academy reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior individual notice.
